Bubbling systems
The bubbling system is an important device for quality improvement (homogenization of glass melting). It also contributes to the increased efficiency. For this field we offer compact systems with a different number of bubbling jets.
Our standard equipment consists of a compact metal cabinet with a notch of plexiglass (acrylic glass) and with a swiveling chassis. Our systems are standardly equipped with two separate feeds of compressed air. Each individual nozzle can be made with different air flow and air pressure. For bubbling nozzles mostly ceramic nozzles with fine capillaries are used.
